SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our return policy allows 15 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at www.deadthancool.com for a full product refund.

Shipping is not refunded. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to have items sent back.

Any items purchased as final sale items are non-refundable. Our sale items are final sale and are noted as in the description upon purchase.  

Your refund will be in the total original value amount as when you purchased it. If you wish to make an exchange in a different size, the same policy applies.

Returns will be accepted when

Items are in the same condition as received (unworn and unwashed). We can reject any returned item that shows to be worn, washed, damaged or not its original condition

Orders with a promotional code applied either given by our newsletter email, or any of our promotional platforms are considered sale items - any orders using these codes will be valid for ONLY store-credit (no refunds). 

Missed the return policy deadline?

Your return is eligible for site-wide store credit within 30 days of purchase if you missed the return policy.

**Please note all returns/exchanges must be sent back by the customer within the 30 day window to be marked as eligible for credit. 

Order Cancellations

For cancellations- we must receive an email within 24 hours from the time of purchase to be approved of a cancellation.

Lost & Damaged Items

Dead. Than. Cool. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. Dead. Than. Cool. does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Taxes & Duties 

Please be aware all international orders (Outside U.S.A) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
